Fleurie House is a seven bedroomed victorian villa, two rooms of which are on the ground floor.
All rooms are ensuite

Wi fi access is available for people to use with their own laptops
Information on Public Transport is freely available we would be

pleased to find any detail or times required

The Bus Station and Railway Station are within ten minutes walking

Distance. Transport from either of these would be available free of

Charge

Assistance is available with luggage if required

Local Taxis are plentiful and we could book these if required as

necessary

The car park is marked out for four cars on a tarmac surface
Car parking is also available on the road in which we are situated free

of charge

House signage and outside lighting are clearly visible
One step onto main door where a door bell is situated on the wall at

waist height.There are two steps 15cm and 17cm high
Leading into the porch where the door is approx 100cm wide
One step into the main hallway through a doorway of approx 90cm

wide

We would be pleased to assist guests if necessary,from the car park notepaper and pen are available on entry if needed

There is a level floor through the hallway and
natural colours are used in the hallway and up the stairs
On entry to the hallway two bedrooms are situated on the right hand side the dining room is on the left with a door width of 90 cm

• Thirteen stairs approx 16cm high x 89cm wide x 26cm deep lead to a small landing to access room number 3 which has two stairs into the room and has a doorway of approx 75cm wide and a wooden door
• All stairways are clearly lit and emergency lighting is in place should there be a power failure
• A further five stairs of the same size take you onto the main landing which contains a bathroom for anyone's use - a size of approx 211cm x 173cm which contains a bath,wc and wash hand basin the door is approx 76cm wide. Bath robes and toiletries are provided
• Room 4,5,6 and 7 are on this landing also
• A hand rail is in place up the stairs

• There are seven tables which can be re-arranged if necessary in the well lit dining room

• Special diets can be catered for if previously advised
• The doorway is 90cm wide there are no steps, is a level surface and is carpeted

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor
