All rooms are en-suite and the prices quoted are Per Room based on two adults sharing inclusive of breakfast

A booking deposit of £50 per room is required  (non refundable)

Any cancellation made between 8 and 2 weeks before arrival will be charged at

50% of the total booking cost after 2 weeks before arrival  80% of the total

booking will be charged.  We advise Holiday Insurance be taken against

cancellation.

In consideration of our other guests Hen & Stag parties are not accepted.

We are sorry but we do not cater for dogs or other animals. 

Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival to 10.30am on day of departure

Breakfast is served between 9am and 9.30am (this can be earlier by arrangement)
